The Presidentiables: Mar Roxas

You may think that this post is too early pa but I believe this is the right time to critique our presidentiables.

Of course, this is just my opinion noh. Huwag niyong dibdibin kung okrayin ko man ang mga bet niyo or praises ang ibibigay ko sa mga hate niyong presidentiable. I believe I am entitled to my own opinion and if you disagree with me, feel free to comment. Walang comment moderation dito. I may respond to your comment or puede rin hindi. Hahaha! If you have a highly intellectual response to my post, please contact Conrado De Quiros or Teddy Boy Locsin. If you have violent reations to whatever I write here, please contact Manny Pacquiao. Hahaha!

This will be a series.

Anyway, without further eklavoo, simulan na natin ang parade of 2010 presidentiables.
Let’s begin with:

MAR ROXAS

Kuya Mar first caught my attention when he was Secretary of the Department of Trade and Industry. I thought this guy was very promising. Hindi nakapagtataka nung tawagin siyang Mr. Palengke dahil he was very visible in the campaigns of his office. He was very effective in reaching out to the masses.
Fast forward to today, I still consider him one of the most hardworking senators of the current administration. Marami siyang bills at batas na inauthor. Most recently nga ay itong Cheaper Medicines Bill which I believe is a big help lalo sa mga mahihirap. I for one is a beneficiary of this bill because malaking discount ang natatamasa namin when we purchase medicines for my mother who is sick right now kaya a big thank you to him. Very keen and consistent din siya in criticising the president and her alleged corrupt practices. I admire Kuya Mar for that.
Ngayon, with regards to his obvious campaign for the presidency, I think it’s becoming too over-acting. Sobra-sobrang exposure na ang ginagawa niya. That whole Wowowee appearance is very cheap ha. Talk about bad acting. Nakakapanindig-balahibo. Pati na yung tv ads niya, OMG, masyadong pilit I want to barf. Kuya Mar is a very bad actor. Gusto ko siyang awardan ng Razzie for that. It seems that this in-your-face campaign for the presidency is just too much and it’s losing focus. What if someone more ‘visible’ from the same party will decide to run for the highest position too, defying his mother’s request? Eh di napaso ka tuloy. Kuya Mar and Miss Korina’s blatant display of affection too is also turning people off. Or maybe it’s just me. You don’t want people turned away din naman ‘di ba. Using your own wedding to get the people’s attention, I say it’s kacheapan.
Well, maybe this is just part of his ambitious plan. I’m sure naka-plano na itong lahat. I just wish he won’t lose focus in the coming days. Sana malaman na natin ang kanyang plataporma. We don’t need another trapo. We want change. Kaya please lang Kuya Mar, don’t disappoint us. And no more cursing please. That is so 90’s. Hindi na effective yan. Isa pa, you suck at acting kaya it’s much better if you express yourself genuinely.

Ehehehe.

Same her Know Galen, I find Mar's publicist so unbecoming. Poor strategy.
