Domino

A client of ours, a good soul, was killed last week.

She, together with her husband and a friend were on their way to our office in a motorcycle when they were hit by a speeding pick up truck.

She died on the spot.

Her husband is still in the hospital. He has a broken leg. As of this time, he has no idea that his wife has already passed away. He thinks she’s in the other room recovering from injuries.

Their companion was also injured but is now out of danger.

The culprit is a drunk driver.

The drunk driver is our parish priest.

Drunk driving is supposed to be a thing of the past.

Halos araw-araw nireremind tayo never to drink and drive.

If you drink, don’t drive.

If you drive, don’t drink.

I admit I drink. But fortunately, I don’t drive.

In my circle of friends, when we go out for drinks, the designated driver is always excused from drinking. Kapag hindi napigil ang tawag ng alcohol, we prefer to hail a cab than to put ourselves in danger by letting someone na nakainom to drive us home.

Statistics shows that a large percentage of vehicular accidents resulting to death involves alcohol or drunk driving.

Please tell your friends and loved ones to never drink and drive.

Please.

Can't Lose You

Today is a happy day.

I came home.

I bonded with my pamangkins.

I saw our LBD, a.k.a. Little Black Dachshund, Lukas.

He loves me and I love him.

Makikita naman sa photos di ba? LOL

I'm a big F4 fan.

I'm also a fan of The Siege Malvar.

So, seeing this video made my day.

Enjoy!

The Graduate I

Why do I see students and little children wearing those hideous, ill-fitting, tent-like robes lately?

Oo nga pala.

It’s graduation time.

Hahaha!

Togas are so not into flattering the figure. I wish somebody will invent a better generic outfit that anybody could wear during a graduation event.

In my lifetime, I think I’ve worn a toga just twice.

During high school and college graduation. The former I wore white and latter was black.

For my junior and senior kindergarten I have no memory that I wore a toga. It was just our school uniform, a white polo and navy “short shorts”. Hahaha!

Mommy highlighted my graduation look with a beautiful corsage to compliment her already beautiful “son”. Three violet orchids from her garden.

In fairness, hindi naman kami umuwing luhaan kasi although I wasn’t in the top 3 of the class, I still managed to be in the honorable mention list kaya may medal din ako from our school. Yung mga katabi ko, Thank You Girls.

Sorry girls, better luck next time. In elementary perhaps?

Anyway, during my elementary graduation, I wore a barong tagalog.

Actually, I should’ve worn my sister’s dress na tinubuan ng sangkaterbang ruffles but our principal insisted I wear something masculine. Bwiset. Lol

It was a tough competition for the top honors. My seatmate was my biggest rival.

Si Gil.

We were head to head sa academics.

In terms of influence sa school, yung auntie niya Filipino teacher namin.

Bwahahahaha!

Char!

Akala ng teachers namin, for the first time in the school’s history ay dalawa ang magiging Valedictorian.

LOL

-to be continued-

Next episode na ang HS and college graduation story.

Fifteen

I got tagged by Mico and here are the rules:

A. Write something about 15 different people
B. You cannot say who they are
C. If someone asks you which one is about them you can NOT tell
D. Tag 15 people who you think would do this, too You don't have to tag the people you wrote about.

Mel's note: I did a little revision, nilagyan ko ng initials kung para kanino ang message. Actually, it's not the initial to their names, pang-gulo lang siya talaga. LOL

1. For S

Take my fashion advices seriously. If I tell you to change your outfit, change it. Just look at that classic piece of jacket I lent you, ‘di ba people are looking at you with lust and envy? Hahaha! Keep it but don’t wear it regularly. I’m always here when you need me.

2. For C

You are a great person and I love you for that. I hope we’ll be together always. Good luck. By the way, how’s Michael Kors?

3. For W

I’m afraid I’m losing you.

4. For P

The first time I saw you, I thought you were suplado. Now you’ve proven I’m right all along. I’ve never met anyone that could match my diva-ness. I think I’ve finally met my match. Hahaha!

5. For R

Ang gwapo mo! Grabe! Sana mapanaginipan kita mamaya. Yung bastos na panaginip. LOL

6. For V

Kelan mo ba ako bibigyan ng discount?

7. For F

When I met you, akala ko mabait ka kasi mukha kang mabait. Yun pala, façade lang ang lahat. I know what you told my friend about me but that’s okay. At least I know it’s not true because what I wore that night isn’t fake, unlike you. LOL

8. For N

Mas bading ka pa pala sa akin. Looks are really deceiving. Hahaha!

9. For H

I miss you na.

10. For G

Please don’t forget me, especially the things you borrowed from me. LOL

11. For D

Don’t feel bad kapag inaaway kita for the mistakes that you do. It’s just my way reprimanding you. I’m older than you you know, especially in terms of ‘gay years’. People are cruel to people like us.

12. For L

Stay strong. I know you’ll survive.

13. For M

How can I not love you? What do I tell my heart? When will I not want you here in my heart?

14. For E

Thank you so much for everything. I know it’s hard for you now that you’re also busy with your life yet you still find the time to be with me.

15. For Q

I love you, let’s make love.

Bwahaha!

I won't tag anyone kasi na-tag na silang lahat. LOL

Should Priests Play Politics Again?

It seems only in the Philippines do we see priests getting involved in the world of politics. More recently, they just don’t solicit their opinions regarding certain issues that our country is facing. They themselves are the ones holding electoral positions.

Some twenty years ago (or more), former Manila Archbishop Jaime Cardinal Sin was featured in the cover story of Time Magazine.

During that time, his participation in the world of politics was very controversial. Nobody thought that a church leader would have an opinion in every political issue.

Cardinal Sin’s voice was heard and he was very instrumental in bringing back the peace that our country temporarily lost during those dark years. His was not just a desperate call to be involved. It was his moral duty to take part and people listened to him.

We lost our beloved Cardinal a few years ago. We miss him.

Today, many Catholic church leaders are following his footsteps.

Most notable of which is Lingayen-Dagupan Bishop Oscar Cruz, Father Robert Reyes and Father Ed Panlilio. The latter is the most controversial of all. He is currently the governor of the province of Pampanga.

I first heard of Father Ed when he ran for office during the last election.

Based from what I see, hear and read about him, he was very promising. I think he gave hope for the corruption-stricken province. He was very vocal about bringing back the lost moral of his homeland.

Now that he is holding the position, was he able to gain back the morality he once promised?

I’m not sure.

A number of his constituents are against his leadership and most of his decisions have been criticized by these people. Vice Governor Yeng Guiao is the most vocal of all.

I think this is sad.

The latest development is that Father Ed is planning to run for president of this country.

Since his plan is going nationwide, I might as well give my opinion.

Father Ed, don’t be too ambitious.

You are a noble person and I think your intentions are good. The problem is, you are not a supreme being that is promised to give glory to our country.

How can I support your campaign for a national position when you yourself cannot make peace with the people in your home. Yes, you disagree with them and they disagree with you. But don’t you think you need to clean up your home’s mess first before you clean up the entire nation?

Power is overwhelming. A little bit of control is necessary.

Your Bag Says Who You Are

This is not a tag.

This is a challenge.

Haha!

A few days ago I made an entry about my little black bag and kung ano ang mga laman nito. Zai Zai made a suggestion to “tag” my co-bloggers to feature the bag they are currently using and reveal whatever is inside it.

What you have to do is to follow what I did in my post.
It’s very simple.

1. Take a photo of your bag.

2. Then take another photo of everything that was inside the bag.

3. Enumerate them one by one.

LOL

Ganun lang kasimple.

It might reveal a little bit of your personality.

Charing!

Since the one responsible for this is Zai Zai, manguna ka na sa activity na’to.

You can also blame him for starting this. Hahaha!

I challenge the following friends (who made a comment in that post) to do the same:

Joms
Luis
Yj
Herbs
Kiel
Mico
Dam Dam

Hmmmmm…. I wonder kaninong bag ang pinaka-controversial. LOL

Scary

The problem with watching horror movies on the big screen is that it becomes scarier after you watch it.

At least that's true, in my case.

Ewan ko ba.

Matatakutin kasi ako masyado but I just couldn't live without regret if I fail to watch a (not necessarily) good scary movie on the big screen. It adds to the thrill. Watching the horror and suspense uncover infront of you is exciting. The feeling na gusto mong tulungan ang mga bida but you just can't because after all, isa ka lamang manunuod.

A "disabled" eye witness.

GMA Films' latest offer "Sundo" is scary.

But not as scary as Kris' "Feng Shui" and "Sukob".

Robin Padilla is effective.

Well, almost.

You know, that one sequence when he's looking for his "enemies" while toting a .45 caliber pistol.

Maybe it's just me.

One standout performance came from Mark Bautista. In fairness, emote ang lolo niyo.

And Simon Atkins played a minor role with Iza Calzado at the beginning of the film. Gwapo pa rin siya despite the supposed "scary" makeup.

Other actors were on the average. Like it's just another film for them. Director Topel Lee did not brought the best out of them.

All in all, "Sundo" scared the hell out of me. The gulat factor is well edited and the sound is timing.

I ended up sleeping in my sister and my pamangkins' room.

Natakot mag-isa?

Hahaha!

Basta, kung may spare time kayo, watch it.

If I had to rate it, hmmmmm....

Maybe a 6 out of 10.

Complain

Gosh!

--------

When it comes to food, hindi naman ako mapili but when ang ulam niyo for the past week is either paksiw na isda, tuyo na dilis o danggit, pritong isda, calamares, or tahong na sinabawan, hindi ka kaya tubuan ng kaliskis?
Bruha talaga.

--------

Habang nag-aayos ng isusuot I noticed I’ve worn all my favourite outfits already. They look luma and not so fasyon anymore. This is the problem with trends, after a season or two eh unfashionable na sila. Juice ko ang mamahal pa naman, leche!
Bibili na lang kaya ako ng bago?

--------

I’m not fond of my flip flops either. They don’t flatter my gorgeous mala-luyang feet. Parang their soles lost their souls. I could no longer feel them. They don’t make me look good na.
Hindi pa naman sila sira but I want something else.
Nagsasawa na ako sa kanila. I won’t give them either, sayang magagamit din ang mga ‘tong pambahay. I promise to buy new ones when payday comes.

Then I read Dabo’s SMS the other day. It says:

“I had no shoes and complained until I met a man who had no feet”.

I stopped complaining.

Little and Black

If there is a Little Black Dress,

meron naman ako…

Little Black Bag.

Hmmmm, I wonder what’s inside.

Tadaaaaaa!

Ang gulo!
Parang bodega. LOL

These are the items I found inside my bag.
Isa-isahin nga natin:

-notepad (yung nasa lower left corner)
-cellphone headset (yung naka-plastic)
-wallet (yung kulay itim at mahaba)
-checkbook (yung nasa ilalim, kulay blue)
-shades (hanapin mo)
-eyeglasses with case (kulay brown na parihaba, yung maraming M)
-wet tissue (pinatungan ng shades)
-travel tissue (lower right corner)

….and a little personality.

That’s all.

LOL

Change We Don't Really Need

Surprised.

Dazed.

Amazed.

Confused.

I'm still in awe when three of my friends went from the most eye-catching cross dressers in the city to subdued “straight-acting” gay guys.

Gone were the days of being the Diana Ross, Korina Sanchez and Mariah Carey.

Whatever entered their consciousness that made them decide to do this very drastic change.

Well actually, I have not seen them in a while, maybe 3 or 5 years, so it seems that it wasn’t drastic at all but me seeing them sporting these new looks indeed was a shocker for me.

They were the last people in my mind that I could ever imagine to do such reinvention.

First of all, I don’t have a problem with what they did to themselves. If that change makes them happy, fulfilled or satisfied, who am I to judge and question it.

The thing is, I could not fathom their reason when I asked them.

“I chose to change because more gays are doing it and I could get more men if I behave and dress this way.”

Ganun?

I think it’s shallow.

It is really true that more and more people like us are into this “straight-acting” thing and I’m okay with it.

But only for the right reasons, not the reason my friends told me.

I have lots of other friends who behave like that and I love them so much.

Behaving that way is natural to them. They don’t “pretend” to be somebody else like my newly converted friends are.

I am a bit worried that ‘our’ kind (the flamboyant ones) is slowly getting fewer. I am seeing more and more converts and it’s quite bothering because of that same reason mentioned above.

I remember most of these converts use to be the Jolina’s of our time. The Melanie Marquezes. The BeBe Gandanghari long before BeBe came into the limelight.

I still see them on weekends but now they’ve turned into the new specie.

I can’t blame them though for changing.

I blame people and the society.

If only we are accepted for who we are, what we look like and what clothes we prefer to wear, there’s no need for change.

P.S.
Forgive me for using the phrase “straight-acting”, I just couldn’t find the exact words to describe them. Please ‘wag niyo kong awayin. I’m trying my best to be politically-correct and polite.

1

Yehey, this blog is one year old.

Kung hindi naman, that's not my problem anymore.

"It's your problem anymore."

Char!

Last month nag thank you na ako sa inyo pero now magpapasalamat pa rin ako sa inyong pagtangkilik.

Blogging is not just a hobby for me. It's now a part of my system. A healthy one.

Thanks to this exercise, I could've killed myself a long time ago.

If not for this, you wouldn't know me.

Ok, etchos lang yung "killing myself" part.

Hahaha!

In every entry that I write, I always try my best to give my all. Kahit kababawan man ang aking sinusulat, nag e-exert naman ako ng effort and a little pawis to finish it.

I admire many people here who can write well and with precision. Nakaka-bilib. Sometimes, nakakahiya at nakaka-flatter din when these very people admire you for the things you write and the opinions you give. For someone like me whose comprehension is as limited as the lasagna supreme at Greenwich, it gives a boost sa aking confidence to even write more and be proud of my craft.

To all of you,

THANK YOU from the bottom of my pancreas.

I love you all!

Name Game

I miss the girls.

We rarely see each other.

(me, unique, kc and edz, summer of 2007)

Last year pa kami huling nagkita ni Unique.

Last month pa kami huling nagkita ni Edz.

Last week pa kami huling nagkita ni KC.

LOL

Today, anytime ay puwede mo silang makausap or makaharap. Gone were the days of snail mail. Although mas may emotion kapag nakakatanggap ng snail mail mula sa iyong mahal, right?

The four of us have known each other for more than 10 years and we’ve been barkada for at least half of that.

I think.

Mahina ako sa math eh. Hahaha!

For all those years, we’ve called ourselves many names. Names that most of our friends prefer to call our attention. Some of them were so bad, hindi puedeng imention kasi very degrading. LOL

KC’s birth name is actually Christian. But ever since working sa isang call center naging KC na siya. Kamukha daw kasi niya si Sharon Cuneta. Bwahahaha!

Edz, is actually short for Edwin.

Unique is actually born as Michael. Kung bakit naging Unique, well kasi before when we were younger hindi kumpleto ang kanyang incisors, kaya yun naging Unique. Named after a local toothpaste brand.

And ako naman, si Mel. Yun lang talaga name ko. Charing! LOL

Whenever we exchange texts, mostly in the morning and early evening, we never fail to make kamusta each other. This is what I love about my friends. Despite their busy schedules, they will always find the time to communicate on a daily basis.

Minsan kapag umaandar ang topak namin while texting, we would call each other other names that would fit our look, personality or work.

Like me for instance, tatawagin nila akong si Curacha, dahil 24/7 daw ako on-call ng mga boss.

Si Unique, we’d call her Mila, kasi teacher siya.

KC would be Eva Fonda, kasi daw maliit pero sexy.

Hahaha!

Kapag feeling nagmamaganda naman kami, we call each other these:

KC: Anne (Curtis)
Edz: Bea (Alonzo)
Unique: Angel (Locsin)
Mel: Shaina (Magdayao)

Bwahahaha! Bawal ang kumontra.

Kapag nag-aasaran naman, ito ang tawagan namin:

KC: Jollibee kasi malaki ang puwet
Edz: Balyena/Butanding kasi malaki ang katawan
Unique: Bangkay kasi.... nevermind

KC: Dukesa
Edz: Donya
Unique: Senyora
Mel: Madam

On a regular basis:

KC: Auntie
Edz: Tiyay
Unique: Lola
Mel: Manang

Lately, naging fan kami pare-pareho ng teleseryeng "Tayong Dalawa", kasi crush namin pareho sina Gerald Anderson and Jake Cuenca. Sa naturang teleserye, Gerald and Jake would call each other “Bok”. Ewan ko kung anong meaning nun.
As fans of the said teleserye, we now call each other that (ang jologs noh, bwahahaha).

Hahaha!
Tse!
Edz: kasi malaki ang katawan niya at medyo tumataba na, as in “tambok”. LOL
Unique: kasi mukha daw siyang “boksidor”. Hahaha!

These are my friends and I love them because of their imperfection.

I would never trade them for anything.

Except for an Hermes Birkin in crocodile leather. LOL

I know they’d understand. Hahahaha!

Teddy Bear

When I first heard of the news that Defense Secretary Gilbert Teodoro has announced his bid to run for president in the 2010 elections, my initial reaction was…

BWAHAHAHAHA!

I thought it was the funniest thing I’ve ever heard this week.

Anyway, since it was featured in today’s PDI (front page ha, mind you), I decided I might as well blog about it.
After all, politics is my next best favourite thing to blog. Next to me, myself and I of course. LOL

So who is Sec. Gilbert Teodoro?

I’m sure you’ve never heard of him before. Not until now.

Hmmm, that sounds like me. Hahaha!

Seriously, (seriously daw oh), I too am not familiar with ‘the man of the hour’.

I’ve read though that he’s a bar topnotcher (1989), meaning he’s intelligent and well- educated, he comes from a very rich family, and he’s married to Rep. Monica Louise Teodoro, a former model.

Ok, enough na sa pagiging civil.

What’s my take on Sec. Teodoro’s ambitious plan?

First of all, my hats are off for him and his idealistic plans for our country.

I first noticed Sec. Teodoro during the Manila Peninsula siege last November 2007. Oha, in fairness naalala ko pa. Charing!

He caught my attention because during that stressful event, he was very calm and very diplomatic. When his soldiers arrested some members of the media, he was the one who took responsibility over the controversial arrest. All in all, the Peninsula siege ended peacefully and he played a big role in making it possible.

Back to the current issue, Sec. Teodoro is actually hoping to be the administration candidate for the next election. He is competing with Sec. Dick Gordon and Chairman Bayani Fernando to be its official standard bearer.

You know how interesting his plans for our country?

Well priority niya ang charter change.

That’s so Gloria ha!

He also plans to carry out PGMA’s fiscal reforms measures implemented by the current government for further development of the country. Ewan ko kung ano yun.

In terms of peace and security, he plans to pursue a ‘hard and soft’ approach. Whatever that means. Tunog masahe ha. LOL

In all fairness to Sec. Teodoro, hindi pa naman nadadawit ang pangalan niya sa mga scandals at controversy despite being close to the palace biatch.

Interestingly, he is actually being compared to US Pres. Barack Obama.

Ganon?

So Rep. Nikki is our Michelle?

Hahahaha! What a joke.

I think that he, as much as a good person he is, and very capable for the job, I would like to borrow a line from Anne Slowey in Stylista;

Sec. Teodoro, “you’re not the right fit”.

Obvious ba I don’t like you.

Anybody who supports a corrupt government official like Gloria Macapagal Arroyo will always end up in my Recycle Bin.
Unless you run as independent or with another party, I might change my mind.

But who cares?

Sec. Teodoro wouldn't.

I’m just a small voice.

A simple gurl with simple hopes and dreams.

Dreams of living in a beautiful two-storey home with two children. Raising them as law abiding citizens and hopefully they become beautiful and successful people like their father and me.

LOL

It's Just Recess

Yes, I also feel the pain.

The pain this global crisis is giving us, makes me tighten the already tight belt I am currently wearing. This trend called the belted waist look has been elevated to a higher but agonizing level.

The one thing though that I could not resist but I’m forced to resist it is whenever we go to the malls and see our favourite items on sale.

That is total torture. My heart bleeds.

Ok exaggerated na. Hahaha!

Despite this global crisis, the one thing that makes me proud of myself as a gay person is our natural eye for fashion.

I mean dressing up, mixing and matching clothes, and styling what’s available from our resources without sacrificing personal style.

Not all of us possess it but we gays are actually born with that artistic talent. It’s in our royal blood to live in style. Kahit boring ang style mo, it’s still style. Kahit overly accessorized ka at malabong pumasok sa best dressed list, it’s still style. LOL

This crisis will test our inborn skill as a stylista. Hindi na kailangan pang bumili ng bago or current pieces just to make yourself presentable and still in the spotlight.

Mabuti na lang I already own classic pieces like a button down white shirts, denim pants and shirts that are timeless items. Classic may be boring but it’s always safe. If you want to make it current, just accessorize it with what’s in the new and voila, fasyon ka na naman!

Dito sa bukid, mas favourable sa akin kasi people are so not particular with how you look. As long as you come to the office presentably, ok na.
I pity my bestfriend KC kasi he is forced to be more presentable than usual because his work demands it. Kelangan ilabas ang pagiging creative and resourceful.

Shopping wise, hindi rin kailangan bumili sa retail, lalo na if it’s on sale. Chances are, hindi na ito uso.

First of all, trends fade. After a month or two, wala na ito sa uso and it will just end up at the back of your closet. It is more wiser to shop for specialty and classic pieces but make sure it goes a long way. In my case, I always visualize what’s already in my possession and whenever I find something interesting I always make sure that I will be able to use it with multiple items for multiple looks on multiple occasions. Seeing the big SALE sign is truly attractive but it is never good to buy on impulse. I know, been there done that. LOL

During these times though, kahit yung mga nabanggit ko sa taas is not so helpful. Much better if iwasan na lang muna ang paggasta if it’s not a necessity talaga.

Yes, clothing is a basic need but sa panahon ngayon, mas importante pa rin ang food at job security.

This thing on fashion recession is a big thing.

It should not be ignored.

Afterall it is our only hope in making this world a better place to live.

How?

Because if we look good, people get attracted.

When people get attracted, lalo na yung mga type natin, chances are we might get good sex.

And if we get good sex, we are in a good mood.

And if we are in a good mood, we are happy.

Happy people do good things.

Good things make this world a better place to live.

A better place to live means a better economy.

Better economy means it’s good for us to spend our hard earned money in shopping.

Hahahaha!

Lucky

The past 48 hours of my life was filled with a series of unfortunate events.

So embarrassing.

Incident no. 1

I was on a public bus going to the bukid.
Punong-puno ang bus, buti na lang at sinuwerte akong makaupo at the back of the driver. I was so bored with the biyahe, I want to sleep but I’m not sleepy. I decided to get my cellphone’s headset so that I can listen to my favourite music on my cellphone’s playlist. Wala naman akong ipod kasi nga sumama sa bag ko nung naholdap ako last year.

Anyway, I was in the middle of listening, at the same time lip-synching the song currently playing in my ears when the conductor asked for my ticket and fare.
As I was lifting my right hand to open my bag, nang sumabit yung cord ng headset sa aking cuff, biglang nabunot yung connection ng cellphone and headset at tumilapon ang aking cellphone sa pinakaharapan ng bus infront of all the passengers.

No, that’s not the embarrassing part.

You know kapag natanggal yung headset enhancement ng cellphone, automatic na maa-activate ang loudspeaker nito kaya dinig na dinig ng lahat ang pinapakinggan kong song at the moment.

It was F4’s Can’t Lose You.

Oh baby baby baby!

Incident no. 2

It was raining the whole day.
I have colds for three days na, yung ilong ko parang hindi nauubusan ng sipon.

Anyway, I was doing my daily routine of going to the banks for updating accounts and other work-related transactions.
I went to Chinabank first where one of its tellers is a super cute chinito. His name is Macky.

When I entered the bank, I looked around and Macky wasn’t there. Sayang. Maganda pa naman ako ngayon. Maikli ang shorts ko, kitang-kita ang long-legged. Hahaha!
Anymisery, yung sipon ko ayaw akong tigilan. Singhot ako ng singhot, other bank clients were staring at me.

I decided to go to the CR.

I was blowing my nose and I was making this kadiri sound when you want to empty what’s inside your nose. Someone entered the CR and patuloy pa rin ako sa aking ginagawa. Dedma lang.

When I looked up, I recognized the person who just witnessed the crime I did.

It was Macky.

I immediately went outside without looking back. Hahaha!

Incident no. 3

After the incident at Chinabank, I continued with my itinerary and Metrobank was my last stop.

After finishing the transactions, I texted our driver to pick me up already. He replied immediately that they were on their way na.

I was making chika with an acquaintance when the security guard called my attention informing me na nandiyan na ang sundo ko. I was rushing to get the passbook and leave because nasa gitna ng kalsada ang aming sasakyan waiting for me. It was causing a minor traffic kaya tumatakbo ako papalabas ng bangko.

I forgot I was wearing flats na hindi rubberized ang sole.

I slipped in the middle of the road and I landed on my butt.

Bwahahaha!

I immediately got up at sumakay sa kotse.

People outside were pointing at me laughing. Bwiset!
May araw din kayo.

Hahaha!

I hope bukas wala nang malas noh!

Enough is enough already.

My Reason For Leaving

If there’s one thing that would make me leave the country in a heartbeat, it’s got to be for this very simple reason.

If this guy would want to see me....

His name is Imran Abbas.

If you google his name, chances are you’ll see a Wikipedia page that of a Pakistani cricket player.

This gorgeous guy, my newest obsession is also a Pakistani but he’s NOT the cricketer. This Imran is an actor and model.

Ire-research ko pa sana but I can’t help but gaze into his eyes, ayoko nang pumindot pa sa laptop ko. Hahaha!

Ano ba! Huwag mo'ko masyado titigan noh, I'm melting already!

Well, kung cricket player man siya or model I don’t care. LOL

Hahaha!

Juice ko, I’m sure cute lahat ng magiging anak namin. =p

Forever Love

So many beautiful girls, so many fashionable people, so many style icons.

They come and they go.

But if there’s one person that I will forever be grateful for that she existed in my lifetime, no it’s NOT Victoria Beckham, it’s the one and only

Kate Moss.

I sooooo love Kate.

She’s the most perfect imperfect creation God has ever made.

If only God will give me a chance to look like someone else or be born in someone else’s body, Kate is my only choice. Hahaha!

In Angela Buttolph’s book, KATE MOSS STYLE: Inside The World’s Most Famous Wardrobe, she believes (and I so agree) that Kate Moss is the greatest fashion icon of our time.

Endlessly watchable, never predictable, always natural and utterly unpretentious, her sense of style is innate, instinctive and impeccable.

This book is a celebration of a unique life in fashion, exploring in depth the evolution and impact of Kate’s look. It unravels the secret of her fashion formula by uncovering the stories behind her most iconic outfits. Ii also has contributions and interviews from leading fashion designers, stylists, photographers, etc.

It also mentions the men of her life both past and present.
From Johnny Depp to Jefferson Hack to Pete Doherty.

And her newfound love as a designer for retail giant Topshop.

The book is published by the Century Random House Group Limited.

Marcia Cross

March na pala.

Gosh.

How time flies noh.

Hahaha!

Ilang tulog na lang ba at new year na naman?

Roughly 300 days to go na lang. Konting tulog na lang pala noh?

I’m so excited na. My gosh!

Anyway, March pa lang ngayon.

There are a few little things to look forward to this month that greatly involves me.

First, magsisimula na naman ang cycle 12 ng America’s Next Top Model and season 6 ng Project Runway.

Second, I’m looking forward to visiting my friend Edz diyan sa Maynila. Akala ko ba Australia bruha ka. Echosera! Hahaha!

Lol

Fourth, this whole month of March, the province of Bukidnon particularly in Malaybalay City, will be celebrating its annual Kaamulan Festival.

I always look forward to this yearly event kasi naman bumabaha ng ukay-ukay sa capitol ng Malaybalay. Not to mention the celebrations that the local government has prepared for the people, both locals and tourists. Aabangan ko ang street dancing competition and the bazaars, my gosh, maloloka ka talaga. Hihihi.

Meanwhile, I’ve been through a little bit of stress lately. Maybe that’s the reason why I’m experiencing this feeling of emptiness. I have to collect myself.
